After the basement of the Viebrock house is built and the building gap for the middle house is now clearly visible, the question for me is how he actually wants to technically build his basement?

When we built our strip foundations and now also the Viebrock house, we each excavated parts of the middle house to get working space for the formwork. That is now not possible for the middle house.

Anyone else?

That is possible. There are also prefabricated basements where the walls are placed with a crane. With the Viebrock basement, he can almost directly dock with the formwork; with you, it will probably be a bit more difficult. He will have to somehow support it from below. Please provide photo documentation, also in your own interest.

But even for the prefabricated cellar, you have to pour a base slab, which has to be shuttered.

And simply "docking" at the Viebrockhaus won’t work either, since the outside was completely insulated.

If underpinning of our foundation becomes necessary, we will have the documentation done by someone external. I even think that then the neighbor has to pay for it. But we are not that far yet.
