Also, all the best from me on your move-in! Especially that the water spares you in the future, which recently still found its way inside...

With my newly installed floor (also directly on the screed), I also had some spots where it felt springy. That improved over the course of several months, my construction manager said back then "that will settle" and he was right. Maybe not 100%, but 80% and it doesn't bother me anymore.
If there are already furniture in place anyway, I would wait and see how the pressure to act develops.

It will get exciting again when the middle house begins. The topic "swinging a crane with a load over our house" was already an interesting first discussion last week together with its shell builder.

We personally didn’t have this issue, but several neighbors here in the (large) new development did. I’d say the concerns are pretty nonsensical. Of course, there was never any damage. But what if... damages are often not noticed immediately, and then there could be disputes about whether it was already there or not. A written agreement fixing a jointly recorded condition helps in that case.
