It is a flat rate of €3000 for material and additional effort, since the corners allegedly still have to be filled with acrylic plus €700 net for 15 hours of sanding giraffe – both versions are painted. Allegedly, he needs a different paint that also costs more.

I would stick with the 4s. We have a small bathroom and even 6 lights. But in the bathroom I need it really bright. Otherwise, I’m not like that, but in the bathroom it was important to me and we’ve never regretted it. Mirror lighting is something separate for me anyway, I would consider that independently from the other spots.

So he means that the substrate for the painter's fleece has to be prepared differently (more elaborately)?

That would be my next question. Then the substrate will actually be "better" prepared than with the textured wallpaper. But just sanding with the giraffe does nothing, he also has to do some filling...

No... just sand the plaster a little to make it smooth. The surcharge for Q3 would be another €5.50 per sqm.

It is 15 hours of sanding and filling in the 700 €. However, not to Q3 standard, just to fill/close holes.
