It is not an ideal time to redesign to split level as far as it has progressed. If known earlier, one would have probably thought in this direction.

Why is it not an option?

For one, the entire area is being raised by all builders - then there is also an issue with the service road in the south, which would also be 1.50m higher. In addition, we wanted the terrace access to be as barrier-free as possible from the ground floor, since my brother uses a wheelchair and therefore would not be able to get into the garden.

Our soil report has arrived (see attachment). It now recommends a fill. However, with supporting elements towards the neighbor or a slope on the neighboring property.

For the middle house, I will probably have to have supporting elements installed. But can't I just slope normally towards the other neighbor since I still have about three meters of space there? And can I then fill this slope so that I can make my parking spaces above it? Or should supporting elements be installed here as well?

Fill in slope? - I don’t quite understand at least.

Only the house, approximately 7x10m, will be filled and compacted, right? So it can still be sloped to the left side according to the plan, where our two parking spaces will later be? Thus, the slope would still be on my property towards the other semi-detached house neighbor.

It could also be that I am currently having a thinking error.

it has to be benched off anyway. you can't just place the house on a level with vertical soil edges. I don't really understand what you mean right now either
