I also find the draft quite good given the circumstances. The only thing that would personally bother me is the rather limited storage space. I lived in exactly this standard design for 7 years. So besides the overview that we girls have gained here over the years, it also has something to do with personal experience. And I had a basement with it and the floor plan was bigger. My in-laws also live in this design – also without a basement. They constantly complain that there is no basement and the entrance is so terribly narrow. I am certainly glad to be out of there.

That it affects you so much when someone says their opinion I find rather worrying. To be directly uninvited so that you only get honeyed words doesn’t make it any better.

... But that’s nothing life depends on and our opinion doesn’t have to spoil your fun. I still see a much bigger earth-block that first needs to be solved. So all one can do is wish you strong nerves!
