Does it work for you? - I can write and send without error message, but afterwards in my overview there are supposedly no recent conversations and the written one is not visible in the outbox (?)

Do you actually get the error message when you try that saying you are not allowed? You have 200 posts, and from 100 posts on you should be able to write PMs.I used to be able to have conversations (PM). Now it no longer works because I have too few posts...
