The asphalt base layer is usually less of a problem. The nice curbs and concrete pavement suffer more.

Our local civil engineer will be installing material around us in the coming days and leveling the garden with the 110m3 of soil that is already there, for a reasonable price.

Advantage: on the neighboring property there are about 80 cubic meters of compactable excavation material that we can take for free. Otherwise, all heights will be established so that it will also fit for the paver later on.

Towards the neighbor (other end house) about 1.50m needs to be sloped. Whether it can stay like that when he excavates his basement will have to be seen.

Survey on facade color. White or light beige like the house in the picture?

Do such beige facades look dingier faster than white ones?

We have cream and white. The cream looks better. (Eigentlich sollte beides gleich werden - frag nich! :rolleyes)

We have a light gray in the color, [Bebauungsplan] does not allow pure white. But every time I saw a white facade, I liked it.

We have white, slowly turning gray (and green). I believe one must say goodbye to the ideal. Facades WANT to adapt to the environment. If they do, it must be beautiful. We reflect that wrongly
