BER when I, as a bricklayer, come to the construction site every morning (basically seeing the entire shell) and have at least 1-2 days for something like that to catch my attention, then I definitely don't continue laying bricks!!!

I believe a bricklayer sees so much "planning creativity" daily that they would have to become a full-time questioner.
Moreover, one must acknowledge that symmetry on the facade is subordinate to the interior design, especially in tighter/smaller spaces. Primarily, the room has to function. With 200 sqm of living space, it is simply easier to shift something without disturbing the interior of the room.

You just have a taste that takes some getting used to.

That perhaps too, but in this case probably simply the more calibrated eye for how the ensemble looks after plastering.
