If I understood correctly, the Goalkeeper family already definitely has their property, but in their row of three, one of the other two had wavered and has now dropped out; and with that person’s replacement, it is now also uncertain whether they want to build with or without a basement. The issue at hand is precisely this "result," so the situation is still unsettled.

The Goalkeeper family definitely has their corner house in the row of three and is not building a basement. The other corner house is building a basement, and the middle house is now for sale again for the second time, as both interested parties had dropped out before.

Well, the notary appointment is only at the end of the month, so in 3 weeks. A financing contract can only be canceled up to 14 days after signing, right? The same applies to the house construction contract. If something goes wrong with the property after all, then you have the house construction contract and financing to deal with, but without the property. I mean, the risk is probably low here, but it wouldn’t be anything for me. Or am I missing something here?

With the GÜ contract, we extended the cancellation period to three weeks, so it ends two days after the notary appointment. The loan agreement has been submitted but not yet signed – it will be signed one day before the notary appointment (because of vacation). We have considered everything.

So this is exactly about the "result," the sea is still rough there.

We will certainly build our little house calmly ourselves, no question. However, a possible agreement with an already confirmed middle house buyer would be much more relaxed, as matters such as the deep foundation or the question of insulation and exterior plaster with the neighbor could be agreed upon, thus avoiding unnecessary expenses.

As I said, there is still a bit of time and a suitable buyer will still be found.
