It's a matter of taste. For us, both are the same. Color, series, tiles, etc.

It will be the same for us too.

Our GÜ has to slowly order the front door. We have one from the large East Westphalian company included. The question is whether the extra charge for an automatic lock including mechanical self-locking and transponder button is worth the nearly 1500 €.

Is the added value worth it or not?

My wife also gave me the choice. Either automatic lock in connection with fingerprint scanner or double-sided overlay filling....

We now have the nicer door...

6x12 m may be correct but whether the terrace counts towards it is not certain-

From a building law perspective, terraces belong to the main building. They are not ancillary structures. Therefore, their area counts towards the floor area ratio and not the "50% surcharge." However, you can tweak the size a bit there.
That is my understanding.
