Well, it’s like this, you just use what you have. I also have a basement, a garage, a big shed, and a big attic. Still, I can’t say that any of it isn’t well used. There was still a place for a carport, right? Can’t the bikes be hung on the back there? Otherwise, I’m afraid the shed will almost be fully used up with that.

We couldn't place the outdoor unit of the air-water heat pump in front of the house because it wouldn't have fit into the building window. So it now stands on the side of the house about 1.20m away from the rear edge of the house. This leaves 10m available for the parking spaces, which we also need to park both cars one behind the other. Therefore, there is no room left there for a bicycle box.
I also think that garden furniture can be left outside all year round very well. Mine have also been standing on my rooftop terrace for 10 years and the cushions are kept in a good large box from Keter, however in a covered area. Instead of wall mounting the bicycles, there are also holders where you can store the bicycles almost vertically on the wall. If you do that right after the door in the shed, and keep the floor free in that area, each bicycle can be easily taken out individually. For that, push things like lawnmowers etc. into the back area. One has to do a proper storage planning sometime.
The bicycles should be easy to take out of the shed. A large door is definitely helpful. Place a few bikes side by side, see how much space they need, and whether you can also get a bike out from the front between the others. In the back area of the hut, you could build an intermediate shelf at about half height, so that the saddle can still fit underneath, where you can store things.
