With any other seller, I would suspect that the majority of (then official) judges would see this as force majeure – here, with the seller who is simultaneously the municipality, I also see the administrative legal route opened and a different attitude towards casually carrying out a concealed "raised" development during the sale. Among twenty property buyers, isn’t there at least one brave young lawyer or someone related to one? The next mayor will probably be put forward by a voter group or a minor party.since the raised road before the property purchase was nowhere mentioned. [...] If it doesn't suit us, we could reverse the property purchase at our own expense.
