The issue is also settled since the sanitary wholesaler couldn't plan a good alternative either.

So: idea down the toilet - the one to sit on.

Everything is good so far. This week, at the beginning of the week, all the windows were installed, the dormer was closed on the side, and the tiles for the ceiling were delivered. Since great weather is forecast for next week, the roof will be covered before Christmas. In the meantime, we are dealing with the final details of our kitchen before our kitchen studio places the order with the manufacturer in January/February. Otherwise, I am currently looking for landscaping/civil engineering contractors (embankment & paving), an HVAC specialist, and companies for descaling systems. These will be my upcoming tasks for January.

Do you already know any news from the "Mittelhausbauer"? Looking at the photo like this, it really won't be easy for him. Even the scaffolding for building up the walls has to go inward, then installing the ceiling and more scaffolding on the upper floor will be quite complicated. For the recessed part, he might want to put the scaffolding on your properties .... hopefully not only when you already want to use your terrace.
