35k€ is not even 180€ more, right? But you know your limits. Then it unfortunately has to be that way.
You currently only see the additional costs, not the freedom and added value you gain in the living area as well.
I see it like Zaba, but I also think it’s good when someone sets clear limits. Are you managing with the
Guys, now stop going on about the basement. 180€ also has to be earned. And with a calculation of 50,000€ it still ends up being 60,000 or more. So more than 180€.
That’s money, which hurts some people. The basement probably won’t even be fun, but rather won’t be accepted.
Or would you just have that money to spare? You have also partly saved, e.g. on the stairwell. I would have started there too and built 40 cm x 40 cm bigger – the stairs are defended as being optimal. And don’t tell me it ultimately wasn’t a matter of price.
