That's true as well. It's still nice when you notice that everything is running smoothly. Certainly not a given nowadays, especially when you read here in the forum about the problems some have with certain contractors.

Otherwise, since yesterday all interior walls are in and the roof is ready for insulation and covering.

The Viebrockhaus has also been building since the beginning of the week.

Yep... the basement has already been excavated there. This will be one of the end houses that lie directly next to the street. The plot is also almost 250 sqm in size and has the advantage that they have already piled up and gravelled in the garden to place their crane there. At the far right in the picture (already a week old).

Construction is already underway in our row next to the Viebrock house on the block of four. The large formwork panels for the basement are currently being placed with the excavator. Really very tedious and time-consuming – especially since the two middle houses are building the basement together.

As usual on schedule: the windows are being installed starting today.

The front door has now also been ordered: we have decided on the self-closing one with a transponder button.
