I will first take the reasonable path and seek a conversation before threatening with any lawyers here. Because they also cannot quickly help with the current matter at first.

Besides, we will be living here for the next decades. So the question is whether one wants to take on the entire administration right away.

If nothing works, by now I am familiar with almost all the other builders who have not yet realized their "luck." Then the issue must be approached collectively.

Here is another picture of the current situation showing the height difference to the street and that crane positions cannot always be compacted so easily.

I know. It is actually about five more weeks. For the foundation, the crane can probably stay until Thursday for now. The rest could also be done with the loader crane, which can then lift the stones into the floors.

It would be possible on another property – however, it would first need to be filled and compacted with proper material, as the subsoil is not load-bearing.

What a mess... I wish you good nerves and having a lawyer in reserve seems pretty sensible here... if this continues like this, sooner or later you might not be able to avoid legal assistance.

Yes, best to talk the Schildbürger into exhaustion until your people have finished with the house or no longer need the crane.

Legal proceedings are useless anyway if you want to get things done. As soon as a procedure is pending, nothing more is decided in the office until the procedure is completed. Total standstill. The open question of how to realize a new building there would be interesting enough.

The answer will be, they fully trust in the creativity of those willing to build. I didn’t mean a lawyer who goes the legal route, but one who simply says hello loudly and clearly. If the gentleman is built like a door frame and tattooed, that doesn’t hurt either
