As already mentioned, the distance of the projector depends on the choice of the projector. So it must be decided in advance which device you want.
I also wouldn’t just have a pipe concreted in. I would also have a large flush-mounted box concreted in. This way, the cables can be properly hidden if necessary. In addition, there is space to push the cables back a few centimeters, etc.
I had the exact same done with our ceiling outlet. Inside there is now a keystone connected to the installation cable and a short LAN cable attached to it.
Maybe there are also HDMI sockets combined with a power outlet so that you only need short connection cables to the projector?!
