12 cm thick stone wool lamellas will be glued and reinforced. There should be no gap left then. Once the neighbor has built their house, the protruding part will be plastered by us.
There are two separate walls with insulation in between anyway. Whether there is an offset somewhere is not so problematic. The only issue with the idea of exposing insulation wool to the weather for months is that it becomes a bit challenging.
