Could you possibly prove the access to this proposal?

Yes... I had sent this suggestion to his architect by email.

But actually it doesn't matter, since the notary appointment was only on November 21st and our building application and start of construction were considerably earlier - therefore the municipality was still the owner of the middle house at that time.

Nevertheless, the neighbor already had knowledge of the seriousness of his intention to purchase at that time and thus the relevance of your proposal for his project. Therefore, he neglected it at his own responsibility and must now accept this against himself in the event of a conflict.

I would ask your general contractor to regularly inspect the neighbor's construction activities until the completion of the basement work for a small fee and to raise the "alarm" immediately in case of problems.

The tiler is currently doing his work and the painter is almost done with the fleece - and it looks great after the first coat of paint.

The tiles looked somehow lighter in the tile studio - but will certainly look great in the overall context as well. In the utility room, there are cheaper ones in greige.

The handover date remains fortunately May 7th despite the "missed" stairs.
