I rather believe that a type of person who has always gotten everything probably also has some say somewhere somehow. My statement is rather bold, but these people often behave like that. You mostly find this type also among foreign men.

I almost assume that he will sell again. All these actions by him must also cost unnecessary money; maybe his bank stops financing or something like that. In a few years, when you have reasonable neighboring tenants, there will be nice anecdotes to tell, but at the moment it is really nerve-wracking.

I hope the other party sells. As mentioned above, maybe the bank will turn off the money tap. Basically, I wish that on no one, but in my opinion, this builder needs to be protected from himself. No matter how you look at it, he is better off in a nice rented apartment.

Addendum: When you see something like this on TV, you think it was invented for dramatic reasons.

Our neighbor is a German of Turkish descent. It is also not easy to talk to him and his wife. During a brief visit to the construction site by her and the neighbor’s sister, both were just yelling and verbally provoking us as well as the Viebrockhaus. When the neighbor’s sister then shouted at him, asking if he even wanted to move in, the civil engineering manager just yelled back that they could rent the house to 40 Syrian refugees. Then we neighbors would have our fun. He supposedly also carried out the underpinning – but only supposedly... he will not lay a finger on our foundation anymore.

The whole matter is already so poisoned in the beginning phase – it can only get worse. In the meantime, we have gotten to know him and his crew. It is a mix of being overwhelmed, naïveté, and brazenness – and I can no longer tolerate such things. We have often extended our hands, and they were simply brushed away, and attempts were made to completely fool us and present us with fait accompli. Unfortunately, we were driven to that. However, at the moment I have no interest in a reasonable settlement. We are terribly disappointed and angry.

Now I understand it better. I repeat my hope that the bank will turn off the money tap. With these people, there will never be a normal neighborly relationship.
