Almost right: wrongly built. The lower window is offset by 14cm. It was planned correctly.

Oh, that will result in a big deduction in the B score.
I would just tear everything down and rebuild it. It would be quick.

What does the general contractor say? Are there free Smokey Eyes or something like that?

If someone planned it that way and a layman doesn’t get it, fine! But if I come to the construction site every morning as a bricklayer (basically seeing the entire shell) and have at least 1-2 days in which I notice something like that, I wouldn’t keep building!!! I really don’t understand that. What’s going to happen now? Already reported? Also, what kind of room is that, because for putting up cabinets the wall would then be useless. You won’t get more than 25cm depth (if that) out of it if you have it corrected.

Will be corrected this week and fine.

We have enough semi-detached and terraced houses in this region that don’t really care about the exterior appearance. It just has to be right inside. From that point of view, I wouldn’t want to blame the bricklayers – it happened and is now being corrected – done.

Mistakes happen, so what? They are quickly and unbureaucratically fixed. It doesn't get any better than that
