Painter's fleece and fine woodchip wallpaper have similar requirements: both need a good Q3 or even Q4 so that you don't see every unevenness. For classic woodchip wallpaper, Q2 is sufficient.

Just had a longer phone call with our general contractor regarding the completion/start of our own work: As of now, the screed will be installed on March 9th and at the beginning of May we can start with our floor coverings - afterwards the interior doors and that would be it.
Move-in then at the beginning of June - that would be optimal.
