That is why, with the one and a half meter terrain difference between "bought as seen" and "start of construction," I wouldn’t even dream of placing the basement on the current non-excavated plot, but would, of course, dig it in so that the top edge of the finished ground floor floor level aligns with the new plan zero. Because only in this way does it effectively correspond to the previous slab planning.

That certainly won’t get me out of sorts – as a salesperson, I’m used to much worse.

However, I don’t like the tone here in some cases – whether that is intended by some or not remains to be seen. A certain netiquette is sometimes not followed here.

That’s what I assumed as well. Basically, the elevation is now about this, right?:

Only the question is how to get to the terrace. Either you need a staircase up from the basement or down from the upper floor if you leave the garden level unchanged.

Facts aside! You should follow netiquette if you criticize it - whether justified or not.

Would Splitlevel actually be more expensive than filling now? I'm not very familiar with the costs.

Since that is out of the question anyway, I haven't dealt with it yet.
