Who here has ever replaced media cables? And successfully pulled them through the prescribed empty conduits and DIN-standard bend radii? Whoever now installs CAT7 or higher into the wall will never touch it again for life.
A conduit that neither allows for replacement nor expansion has failed in its purpose and is practically just a protective tube. Especially in the private sector, with lots of moving images and other entertainment, data rates are increasing and protocols are changing faster than in office communication. And then it's a joke to even lay cables when ten years later you've already made three generational leaps and "lay wireless cables alongside" because the physical connections are too slow, but the "empty" conduits oppose pulling out the dinosaur cables or adding passing lanes next to them. You can't seriously preach terabit and suck on doorbell wire.Who here has ever replaced media cables?
The windows on the upper floor garden side have a parapet height of 100 cm. Below that, the outdoor unit would still fit. Or possibly in the attic if it is outside the thermal envelope.
