Apparently it is not a planning error but due to the drainage situation. Since we do not yet have exact heights, it is not at all possible to estimate what the cost will be or what is more reasonable.

That seems to be the new trend, that channels are no longer being dug in, but rather placed "on top" of the existing terrain and then filled up. I can also clearly hear the cellar knocking: the builder is basically "hanging in" with the filling and at least saves the cellar volume if he now builds with a cellar. However, it becomes problematic when the height limits are based on the old terrain. One and a half meters of fill is not something even a seasoned yoga professional can just breathe away before breakfast, so an entire knee wall virtually dissolves into thin air :-(
