Unfortunately not. Around four weeks ago we had brief contact. At that time, he still had no submission plans or anything similar. We, the two end houses, are just going through with our own thing.

However, for certain things we are also dependent on his construction start. Against his foundation or basement wall, we will do our backfilling so that we can lay out the terrace. Otherwise, we would have to set L-shaped stones, which he would then have to underpin again. The same applies in front of the house if we want to pave.

It will certainly be interesting.

My crystal ball doesn’t see when - but I am pretty sure: the day will come when you will be offered the middle plot as a garden and parking space so cheaply that you won’t hesitate for long.

Gap development is now nothing new and certainly nothing unusual. It all works, possibly for a few euros more.
