This will be stated in the agreement in this form, because even with perfectly executed underpinning according to DIN, settlement cracks can occur, which then have to be paid for by someone. And since the neighbor demands the underpinning, he also has to be responsible for it. This is not a dream but negotiated this way and actually usual (see attachment).
