@ : It’s not about space heating. But you wouldn’t be the first to grow mushrooms behind a cabinet in the kitchen because the heating was left out...

That's how I imagined it when I read your words. Unfortunately, I find this kitchen layout somewhat impractical. The refrigerator is far too far away from the cooktop/sink.

Unfortunately, there is no dimensioning of the room at all, so it's not very easy to make a counterproposal.

The dimensions of the room are 3.12m x 3.12m. Since we placed the refrigerator in the corner, we expected to have more workspace because it is not really that big anyway.

I would follow the following approach ... in the corner 2 tall cabinets for oven, pantry etc. with internal pull-outs. The pantry cabinet could also be equipped with pull-outs below, one of which is a table pull-out for placing items. In the upper part of the pantry cabinet then a door with internal pull-outs.
Box in these cabinets, then a slim tall radiator can be placed on the box-in wall.

Glass doors to the hallway and dining area.

Then run the countertop into the window, so the sink should be placed as far right as possible to make good use of the surface created at the window.

Basically, however, I would probably plan quite differently and create the kitchen space with a larger opening and place the more recessed sofa/reading corner here, and put the actual kitchen where the sofa etc. is currently drawn.

Thanks for your explanation. I don't think putting the oven instead of the fridge in the corner is a bad idea; otherwise, the planned kitchen layout is similar to your suggestion, except that we have one or two fewer wall cabinets. But generally, the arrangement with sink and cooktop is the same.
The idea of the partition wall is good, but honestly, I wouldn't like it visually. I also don't think you can fit two large tall cabinets in the corner if I want to place the door in the middle; basically, there would be only about 1.11m left on the right. If I were to calculate an oven with about 50-60cm, in my opinion only, for example, a pull-out pantry cabinet would fit here.
I wouldn't even mind that at all. However, I am currently wondering whether, given the rather small kitchen, it is so important that the fridge is in close proximity to the fridge.
One thing I didn't understand, what exactly did you mean by the sofa/reading corner?!?

And why do you want to place the door in the middle? I would put the sofa/TV/reading area in the old kitchen/dining area and create a nice new dining/cooking room with terrace access from the living/transition to dining area. However, I am not much of a sofa person and definitely prefer a nice large dining table for everything from playing to chatting with friends.
