Hmm, well... I have to admit that many work steps in the kitchen are shaped by habits. Since I, for example, don’t have to take out the cutlery basket in my kitchen, I imagine it would be cumbersome to have to open the drawer above the flap and keep the order when closing it. While you, for example, see the stove as a dirt magnet, for me it’s the sink where used items are temporarily stored during preparation. Although I do see the advantage of a generously sized workspace towards the back, personally, the shifted arrangement would bother me every day (and several times at that). In ’s planned kitchen, probably, even if unplanned, the coffee machine and kettle will stand to the right of the sink -> short distances to fetch water. Therefore, just my suggestions to examine everything in terms of usability. To me, the planning seems somewhat lacking based on these illustrations. But I am also curious to see how it will look when finished – and if it will work. Our kitchen works well – unfortunately I have one drawer too few... simply forgotten, so quite a bit had to be repurposed in reality. Luckily, I hadn’t planned a pull-out cabinet yet, so it came into use. It’s totally individual whether someone gets by with one oil and one pan, or owns a whole range of oils, vinegars, and spices and fries with several pans suited to the dish. As far as I remember, doesn’t have a pantry or utility room that could still house appliances. In that respect, the corners of the kitchen could still be used... Pull-outs are very practical, but not for everything.
