Door House/Garage: Side entrance door as a fire protection door?

No, it's not that much. I don't take "Motorschlösser" which actually cost about 1000€, but a GU Secury Automatic or a Winkhaus EAV3. These lock when closing by spring force and open by magnet/motor. Costs less than half.

I only have such a lock on the side entrance door from the garage to the garden - but the window fitter offered it on his own. Then there is a burglar-resistant gate...

Sorry if I’m bumping this old thread again but I’m currently dealing with exactly the same issue: I’m looking for a door between the garage and the house with at least RC2 and a motor lock. I thought all along that I needed a T30 door, but reading this here it seems we don’t actually need that in Bavaria? I have an offer for a T30 door with motor lock and RC2 but the extra charge for the BUS motor lock is 2,000 EUR. That’s definitely too much for me. Does anyone have any tips on how to solve this cheaply?
