What does the offer say about the handles and fittings?
In the service agreement of our house construction contract, the following is stated regarding windows: In the special agreements, we have, among other things, also recorded the adjusted color.
I think our handles are also a bit off-center. I actually find that quite practical. You can reach them better yourself, even if something is in front (e.g. couch/kitchen countertop). Children can open and close the windows from a certain age without being tempted to climb on a chair.
The following is stated in the performance agreement of our house construction contract on the subject of windows:
Did you receive what is stated in the performance description? That was a rhetorical question – yes, you did. I don’t read anything about specially agreed handle positions.
If you hadn't said that, I wouldn't have noticed that ours is also outside the middle. But we also have a higher railing, by the couch it is at 1.3m. But even at the terrace door, the handle is at about 1 meter. What ceiling height do you have? And how high are the windows? Maybe there is a DIN that, for example, considers wheelchair users.
