You could also accept a (small) step at the bay window. So the terrace end is 7 cm below the door that is farthest away. Then the terrace with a constant slope, meaning that at the bay window the top edge of the terrace is already a bit lower.

Do you have a level exit? Is the area properly sealed? Will there be any gutters? What does the roof overhang look like?

Hello,

the roof overhang is approximately 50 cm, somewhat less in the area of the "slanted" bay window wall. Gutters are planned. I don't want to have problems during heavy rain coming from the wrong direction. Ground-level exit.

What do you think about letting the first meter run almost horizontally along the house in the 3.60m area and only starting the slope at 2.60m in that area? That way, when paving, I hopefully have the fewest difficulties and can set the edge stones at one height.

I wouldn't do that.
Then I would rather live with the small paragraph.

I wouldn't do it either. Which door is used most often?

You can also pave the first meter and then have a step. However, 2.60 is far too narrow for a seating area. I already find 3.60 limited - can you make the terrace even bigger?

I am at #15 and would accept a 2 cm step in front of the bay window to have a level (of course slanted), step-free terrace.
