Is it possible to have a window in the guest WC/guest room despite the garage?

Yes, of course. Hilly terrain looks quite different. My statement refers to the flat, run-of-the-mill plot.

It is possible. My entrance is on ground level and then you stand in a 2m² hallway / stair landing.

Of course the window is definitely possible. But do you want that? Depending on the rain conditions, water splashes from the garage roof directly onto the pane and then it is always dirty.
Very unpleasant to clean the window at this height. You can just keep the stool in the guest WC. If the window couldn’t even be opened, you would always have to climb onto the garage first.

How can the entire floor plan depend on the guest WC window? That is one of the least important rooms at all. You only stay there briefly. You don’t need an outside window there. I don’t have one either, and it doesn’t bother me. You can’t really look outside through the window anyway.

I should have expressed myself more precisely, where the wall adjoins the garage wall there should be a guest shower WC or a guest room. In order for this room or guest shower WC to still get a normal window, the house has to be moved forward. However, this will be tight because of the building window or the garage will have to be smaller. But apart from that, the question arises for me whether to have a raised basement or a cellar. According to the zoning plan, we could build a raised basement. In the past, houses were almost always built with raised basements, right? Or is that not done anymore today because basements can be better waterproofed? Apart from that, I actually don’t find a few stairs up and a few stairs down on the garden side bad or maybe even good, because that way dirt tends to stay outside at soil level: leaves, dust, etc. aren’t swept in despite level lift-and-slide doors. From an aesthetic point of view, a house with a gable roof and a raised basement is actually also okay.

In the forum, where you are almost stoned if you move with the indecent hint that a visibly existing basement is not a disgrace;
and in many development plans, which often link a reasonable reference of the eaves height to the elevation of the ground floor level with the condition that it should not be more than half a meter above the street. This and then an eaves height of a maximum of four and a half meters at least motivate today’s common knee wall addicts to set the basement, if it exists at all, at least deeper.
Many builders already think "too bad you’re not allowed to hit the old man," when I question the holy garage intermediate door. Your vintage raised ground floor is really brave ;-)

If the development plan allows it without restricting the knee wall or ceiling height in the upper floor, there is nothing against it, except that "people simply don't do it nowadays," which is often due to restrictive development plans...
