I should have expressed myself more precisely, where the wall adjoins the garage wall there should be a guest shower WC or a guest room. If the development plan allows it without restricting the knee wall or ceiling height in the upper floor, there is nothing against it, except that "people simply don't do it nowadays," which is often due to restrictive development plans...
