Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

Wow, the pictures turned out really great and even I had to tell my eyes that the house is not animated, but actually stands there like that :D Reminds me of hotel brochures, which always look nicer than they actually are. Only that here it is also really that stylish in real life.

Only here and there I would have used different colors, but that is just everyone's taste!

:eek:How much does it cost now? We didn’t pay that much. It was the right time anyway and VAT was also reduced. We also didn’t take one with a motor or with lights and heating. But Swiss quality has a high price. Spare parts and cloths are also available for many years. The main point was also the high wind resistance.

You are definitely doing everything right. Even your parasol is an asset, a kind of "ETF parasol". ;-)

I finally managed to read through the thread... well, more like skim it ;)... 200 pages is quite a lot. Even though Bauhaus and exposed concrete aren’t exactly my style, cool stuff rick. I also found it very amusing that the client of such a project takes on the worst dirty jobs like concrete grinding himself.

Can someone give me a tip on how to get a definitive impression of this awesome project here as quickly and easily as possible? :D 274 pages... Altobelli! I came over here from the "Thread Neubau Einfamilienhaus - Begleitet uns dabei!" by , after I kept seeing the name in connection with a million-dollar project. And now I see 274 pages here :/ :D Even though I could never afford something like this (unless I FINALLY win the lottery) I find such projects really exciting :)
