Do you mean the distance between the wall and the floor?How wide is the baseboard in the photo? Shouldn't you always keep about 1cm distance to the wall as an expansion joint? It looks almost flush, doesn’t it?

The picture is from a different wall. The color is slightly yellowish to sandy, depending on the light incidence. By cleaned I meant cleaned. We have (almost) only smooth concrete walls. So only the holes had to be filled, partly also over larger areas to reach Q3. Then primer and paint. We don’t have plaster.

Probably not. That is probably a difference compared to some Bel-Air houses: You can't buy taste.The house here is still missing the 200" screen by the pool :)
