I'll take the liberty to address first regarding the power connection:

You don't know what the network operator has as a standard. 3x36A is definitely too little here, maybe it has 3x63A. I would see that as the minimum here (house technology, pool!). If more than one electric car comes along, you'll already reach the limits of the house connection again. CCS Type 2 has (per connection!) 63A specified on the AC side.

And what is installed stays installed.

absolutely answered correctly. Building services + pool, a charging option in the garage + another CCE32 in the garage for machines or possibly another charging station. Leaves some reserve. The pool is heated via the gas boiler.

I count a maximum of seven on one level, but whatever. Tastes are that different. If I could afford such a house, I wouldn't drive the same car to tennis as to the office. And rolling out the Isdera if I wanted to take the Jensen would not even occur to me

Well, in the anti-envy version of the floor plans, it's drawn that way so that us small house builders can say, we would have done that better

Thanks, but this is a forum and not an interrogation room. Even if it sometimes seems like you have to justify yourself when you put the washing machine somewhere other than the majority in the forum.

Oh, I thought the OP was ruining the luxury pad by "bunkering" the toilets.

Hehe... the experience...

That would already be a no-go for me if a proper inviting entrance doesn’t catch my attention.

I agree with the others about the toilets: they are quite small and feel cramped without windows. In relation to the available space, they come across as somewhat "makeshift."

But what would bother me more is the open-plan room: it rather has the charm of an open-plan office. To me, it is totally unstructured and uncomfortable.

I like the upper floor; however, I would have seen a second bedroom there, which can certainly be useful in old age (regarding snoring or illness) or in other ways.

I also want the walk-in closet.

Wow, just discovered!

Cool cabin, totally my style. Yeah, I’m jealous!!! And obviously with an awesome view and even its own spring. Very, very nice!

I don’t think the large living area necessarily has to be uncomfortable. You can furnish it cleverly, and with the big window front to the outside, it’s simply a dream!

I’m missing some storage space considering the size. I don’t know what hobbies you have, but if I were to move in there, I’d be looking for a place to put our equipment for alpine skiing, touring skiing, cross-country skiing, climbing, diving, cycling, etc.
Also, for having a place to retreat, I would miss a room. For example, if the lady of the house wants to express her creativity and needs a studio or something like that.
The office is obviously used by two people or only needed by one.
I also find the idea of having a second bedroom worth considering. Or you could merge these two ideas. In short: I would want an additional, cozy, bright room somewhere. I find the utility room on the upper floor totally oversized, as well as the dressing room. Sure, it’s nice if you have space for that, but as I said, I miss it (despite the many square meters) for other things like the second bedroom and storage. And you wouldn’t want to store the equipment mentioned above in the dressing room, would you?

I also find the toilets unfortunate, even if the ventilation etc. will be manageable.

So overall: very, very nice and enviable but still with a few possibilities for optimization.
