Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

Why don’t you make a stainless steel tray for the flat roof? Then you’d have peace of mind forever. No fear of shoddy workmanship or it leaking in 20 years?

You are using the same materials as we do on the flat roof. What I do not understand, however, is your construction... What material do you use as parapet covering?

Some of the roofs are being greened. The guys are doing a good job. Everywhere at least double safety and drains are present. This is WU concrete. Even without additional sealing, we probably wouldn't experience water getting into the house anymore.

We will also get a ventilated facade made of aluminum CuBond. We will also pull this over the attics on the various roofs. On the top roof (in the picture) there will only be photovoltaic panels. The others will be greened. On the garage, it will be deeply greened so that bushes could also be planted...
What is unclear to you about the construction? Maybe I forgot something or expressed myself incorrectly.

Hope I have reproduced everything correctly now. The parapet is also coated multiple times. Partly visible in the picture. Since the facade continues above, this part is not directly exposed to the weather.
On the green roofs, there will also be fleece, infiltration layer, substrate, etc.

We have a sloped insulation, so one layer less. The top layer is the Bauder Smaragd.
