Could it be that I overlooked the area for the staff? It already looks nice, the "little house," and if there is a corresponding view and not everyone can look in through the windows, then it definitely has something. I like it.

Are the flat roofs mostly greened or is that just my screen setting?

I don't know if I would want to live in it (let alone clean it), but it is definitely a great and exciting project to look at!

Cheaper would still be nice but we knew what we were getting into.
