Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

The concrete is only ground and polished. Nothing is filled. An elastic joint is placed in the seams. It is then almost like a shadow gap. In the living area, the concrete is impregnated and in the garage sealed with water glass. A few walls will be painted.

Is the dust from grinding concrete just as nasty fine as with plaster? After that, you'd most like to stand in a car wash.

Are you sanding it in the classic way with a [Giraffe]? If nothing can be filled in, you have to be super careful not to sand in any corners.
