I would change the dressing room/bedroom as follows: remove the dressing room, move the door to the bedroom downwards according to the plan. Move the bed away from the window to the left according to the plan. In this ballroom, you then have > 5 m of (wardrobe) wall, at the top of the plan, and still space to let loose (freestanding bed, chest of drawers under the window ...).
On the ground floor, I had misinterpreted the entrance situation, the way to the office seems okay to me.
What kind of staircase are you planning? Maybe a very open staircase, supported on one side by the wall, would be an option here.

The dressing room is meant to serve so that I don’t have to get dressed in the bedroom while my wife is still sleeping (I get up significantly earlier than her and don’t want to wake her up constantly).
The staircase is supposed to be completely open, see attachment (something like that it will be)
