Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

why would I need that? I have KNX.... And to be honest, I also don’t think it would fit or look very high-quality (in pictures). We also have almost no walls but more glass. Therefore, few mounting options.

The technology is ready and also piped. The electrical connection as well as the connection to the heating/air conditioning technology are still missing.
The basin will still be sealed to the concrete with liquid plastic. Then I will cover it. Currently, there is about 10cm of water inside as protection. If something falls in, the fall will be cushioned. The rain in the next few days should fill it up further.
We will only put the pool into operation once we have moved. Then the water will be drained, the protective films removed, cleaned, pickled, filled, etc.





I haven't taken pictures of the surge tank and other control electronics yet. We are connecting the control to the bus system.

Smoke detectors are installed upstairs and downstairs. Fits quite well.

I think the wooden ceiling is awesome! What type of wood was used for it?
