Hello montessalet, I understandably will not disclose exact costs. Now to the dimensions. Our pool is 20 meters long and 3.42 meters wide (wider than in the shown view). It has an increased water depth and there will also be an (Infinity) overflow pool over the entire 20 meters. Stainless steel is, as you correctly said, the luxury option. The cover alone at this length is expensive, and with polycarbonate you can almost double the price.
Sealed with foil, the entire pool technology, cover only made of PVC, no overflow pool and WITHOUT all the concrete work it would already be close to six figures. Ours will cost more than double that.
Depending on what and how much you can do yourself it will be cheaper. Also, our pool dimension is certainly not average. A "normally" sized pool with good technology can be realized for well under 50k. With steel wall pools, etc., it can be cheaper too. But this is not comparable. The next point is whether and how you want to heat it... Is your drainage sufficient to handle the backflushed water? (usually about 1m3 in 2-3 minutes)
If you have further questions, just get in touch. Regards
Thanks for the info. I already knew that your pool is "a bit bigger"..... The costs for a "normal" pool, for example 8x3 meters, in my opinion are nevertheless clearly over 20k€. In a new construction (for example, if the garden has to be done anyway) almost only the pool costs matter.
The whole style of your house also only comes into its own at a certain size: By that I mean that the aesthetics work as a whole – a "small version" would lose a lot of character. I’m curious to see when you post a picture of the finished construction....
