Would you also have a tunnel plan like in Money Heist? I need to see how I can get underground to the pool party if the invitation doesn’t arrive. :P

: if you later face similar static challenges as rick, you can - if you are brave enough - consider moving towards double walls made of carbon concrete with fiberglass reinforcement bars. With this, you can handle significantly higher loads with similar wall & BP thicknesses or, conversely, build much slimmer. But it is all still in development (in the single-family house sector anyway).

If you also do core insulation with Slentite, you (probably) won't have a budget left for an elevator, and thus one less problem. ;)

Super, thanks, I understand now. We will definitely need one or the other Sky frame or something similar too.... but not necessarily in resistance class BR7 ;) ... we'll see. Thanks, that is valuable information! I was unclear about the elevator, but you answered my questions: your elevator is within the secured area and does not itself provide access, just like the garage door. Yes, it does ... no gas and unfortunately our property is in a water protection zone, deep drilling is forbidden. That means only surface collectors remain, which are limited or constrained by buildings and vegetation. But that’s a topic for another thread...

Heat pump, pellet, gas tank… there are many options. I hope you know the prices for Skyframe and the like. Ours are from Swissfinline. You can quickly have a factor of 10 compared to “normal” windows. Soon there will also be a big shooting here for the reference objects….

Yes, I can imagine that. We also don't have normal windows today and a high resistance class... It doesn't have to be Skyframe everywhere for us either.... and if the elevator is already eliminated, as suggests , the budget might be enough for one more window...
