Prefabricated concrete house with gable roof (appearance)

I once saw a report on TV where an architect built with insulating concrete. He procured the concrete with an approval from Switzerland. Wall thickness 50 cm if I remember correctly.

Just ask the company Fuchs in Berching. They offer precast concrete construction. Possibly then double-layered with core insulation. But I doubt such a thing will be cheap.

With cavity insulation it would work. Only with special window sizes and security equipment no longer. Concrete with cavity insulation is also more expensive than brick...

I would wait a few more years, then there will be concrete from the 3D printer.

Interesting, thanks for the inspiration. Would love to hear and see more about your house. Who are you building with? Yes, it's a process of feeling our way forward here as well. With these example pictures, I was immediately blown away, but now a realistic path has to be found. ;)
