Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

we have considered. Electrically, defrosting once costs 750€. A bit cheaper for the heating system but with more complex installation. I'd rather have another vehicle or a janitorial service.

I had the same problem as . I am now working my way from page ~140 to the latest status.

everything is so cool modern and stylish, but I just can’t deal with this floor at all, sorry

But with the wall color I have the association of a clinic or practice, so it definitely wouldn’t be my thing.

With all the Rhenish "being able to allow" you never look at such a house completely without envy. In this respect, I sincerely thank for every detail that you can say "ochnääsooomaachischdatnit" about – that somehow has something conciliatory :)

How wide is the baseboard in the photo? Shouldn't you always keep about a 1 cm gap from the wall as an expansion joint? It looks almost flush?
