Is there actually a picture of the entrance anywhere? I can't really tell from the pictures where the front door is. Presumably not behind the garage, that would be an endless walk.. ? (Too bad there isn't a function to view all the pictures of a thread.) Overall, it looks really cool though :)

The entire property is also not visible in the pictures. It is incredibly "green" all around.

We have a doorbell system next to the package/mailbox in the driveway. Another one is located at the "house entrance". To get there, you walk around the garage. It was clear from the planning stage that this would rarely be used. We always go through the garage, and over 90% of guests do as well. Especially in bad weather, it is very pleasant for guests if they can park in the garage. But actually, we wouldn't need a doorbell at all because as soon as someone enters the property I am informed. If our driveway gate is closed, you can’t even get to the doorbell:p

I was like "awesome sun umbrella, had to ask what kind it is," then someone else asks too.... I google .... WTF .... I was like "come on, stop it" Seriously? 8K€ for a sun umbrella? Wow. Wouldn’t there already be a custom-made product included in that?

:eek:How much does it cost now? We didn’t pay that much. It was the right time anyway and the value-added tax was also reduced. We also didn’t take one with a motor or with light and heating. But Swiss quality simply has a high price. Spare parts and cloths are also available for many years. The main point was also the high wind resistance.

Baldness comes in degrees, but you don't need to start under 2000. However, it is worth something. It has nothing to do with a 200€ traffic light umbrella from the hardware store.

I believe it was around 5k plus the ground sleeve for us. It has also already withstood severe storms. There is a reason why almost only Glatz umbrellas are used in high-quality hotels and restaurants.
