Back from the architect.
I don’t want to hijack your thread, I find the discussion about “Cooling via Controlled Residential Ventilation” extremely interesting, as it is also a topic for us and would therefore appreciate your experiences and . Our architect summarized the topic as follows: it works and is feasible, but don’t expect miracles. Further details are to be discussed in a joint appointment with a heating/ventilation/air conditioning specialist.

200m3/h at 1200m3 ventilated volume is low Is there a special reason for that? The throughput is significantly below the hygienic minimum air exchange rate.

forget this reversible cooling through controlled residential ventilation. It is just a small buffer, nothing more. If it doesn't hurt, buy the module with the controlled residential ventilation. But don't expect air conditioning. The standard exchange rates are far too low (0.1-0.4 per hour) to have a big effect. The air isn't really cold then either. To air condition with air exchange, you need exchange rates that are 10 times higher than the standard of "normal" controlled residential ventilation systems. The same applies to reversible heat pumps and cooling through the floor. Proper air conditioning only makes sense with large air exchange (split units, fan coils...) or through walls and/or ceilings.

Presumably poor planning of supply and exhaust air, since there is already a draft at such a low air exchange rate

Nothing pulls with us... not even at max. 500 m³/h. We simply do not need the 500 m³/h. I measure VOC levels in every living room, and usually 200 m³/h is enough to reach 500-600 ppm. We have a separate air conditioning system and the whole house is air-conditioned! I would do it again and again. Worth every cent. If I want, I can get the whole place down to 18 degrees even without [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] or cold floors.

Well, then it's fine. But if you feel a draft at the doors, they are over-ventilated. This can also be solved through valves in the wall. We will also be able to properly cool the house since there is a separate air conditioning.
