Thanks for the compliments but it won’t be that gigantic and special. I know other houses like that.
I also hope it won’t be shown anywhere. We are building it for ourselves and not for others.
Here I only show sections because I have also benefited from the forum.
I have no ambitions for my house to appear in Schöner Wohnen or something similar.

I was just at the architect and finalized the facade.
It will be Alubond concrete mat. Now the facade layout just needs to be adapted to the panel size.

Can you then change the volume flow via a software solution, or is it set manually via valves and then only adjustable through fan stages?

In some areas, we can influence the volume flow through electrically controlled valves in the pipes. Manually at the inlet and outlet valves. The fan stages do change the total throughput but not the ratio of the individual areas.

Yes, only in a normal single-family house can you change just the fan levels; the rest must be adjusted manually on the valves, and laypeople should keep their hands off.

Clear, otherwise the distribution between supply and exhaust air will no longer be correct. Especially with the bypassed areas. For example, if I have 3x supply and 3x exhaust air in the technical room, I can turn off 2 each and the ratio will still be correct since it does not have to be balanced with other areas. In practice, one will try for a while to find the correct setting, program for different scenarios, and then only retrieve settings. The valves in the pipes should be sufficient to achieve the desired volume changes.

The regulation would theoretically fit well with our ventilation and heating concept. However, one would probably lose a five-digit amount for just a bit more comfort.

Due to the significantly larger ventilation unit, more piping, valves, and the cooling unit, you are more likely to be in the six-figure range even for smaller houses. The control system is not a major additional effort since a BUS system with logic server is already in place.
