Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

We are moving forward as well. Meanwhile, we are sleeping in the house. Shortly before the move, I managed to break the navicular bone in my left foot. So there was no helping with the move or only very light / small parts. Our tree has also arrived by now. (The picture is still from the tree nursery last week). Today it is getting its final place. Most of the leaves have already fallen by now. There is so much to do, but I can / must not. I get in trouble with my wife every day. Mählanie is already on the garage roof. The grill is also already in use. Meanwhile, the rest of the wall has been built. Today the hedge will be planted in front of it (230cm high yews already as hedge elements). At another place, a finished ivy hedge will be installed. Unfortunately, we had to tear out the old thuja hedge towards the neighbor. But this gives us significantly more space. Here, a new fence and a yew hedge with 210cm have already been installed.

first of all, get well soon!! Congratulations on your beautiful house/garden! Your wife is right to be "annoyed" because the timing with the broken scaphoid is really bad. A friend of mine also managed to break his leg shortly before his wedding. So after many years, we still laugh about it. But it is what it is. Everything will get better.
Could you tell me the name of the tree? Really nice in shape and color. How tall is it or will it become approximately?

Congratulations on the move!

Wow, the tree is great... And congratulations on moving in from me as well! The injury is of course annoying, but now is the time when you’re at home more anyway and the winter is long, I also still have something to do every day, no stress. Housewarming parties and inviting friends are unfortunately not possible at the moment, so take your time to unpack, settle in, and hope for next summer.

The grill is also not too shabby 8-)

How many robotic lawn mowers do you have in use?
