So, an update: We were luckily able to come to an agreement with the neighbor. His wall and our hedge are already gone. Before that, a third excavator was delivered. From above, the depth of the construction pit is underestimated. At the back, we are already over 4 meters deep. The dimensions are alarming. (for comparison, the cistern is 18 meters long). Now we are digging 2-3 meters into the neighbor's property and also widening it. The pool and cistern still need to be excavated.... The men are working hard in the heat. Respect.
